Reading Goals for HoHoHo Holiday Theme Read-a-thon

by Aleen @ Lampshade Reader

HoHoHoRATThis year I’m excited to participate in the HoHoHo Holiday themed book read-a-thon by Kimberly @ caffeinatedreviewer! I’ve never done anything like this before, so bear with me πŸ™‚

So the goal here is to um, set up a goal for how many holiday themed books I can read between November 9th-15th. Oh so daunting, but fun! The pressure is on!

Reading list:

One Sweet Christmas by Olivia Miles

All I Want for Christmas is You by Rachel Lacey

A Twelfth Night Tale by Susana Ellis

In the Holiday Spirit by Angeline Fortin

Christmas in Eternity Springs by Emily March

A Creed Country Christmas by Linda Lael Miller

Sounds like a lot and sure, it probably is, but that’s the fun about a challenge. Even if I don’t read all of them within the time frame, I’ve still set up goals to have them read. Look for my updates during the read-a-thon and I hope to see you around.

Edited to add…

Books I’ve added to my list 11/10:

51uuscqvhol christmas-with-an-angel one-snowy-night

So I have finished reading:

  • One Sweet Christmas 11/10
  • In the Holiday SpiritΒ  11/10
  • All I Want for Christmas is You 11/9
  • A Cowboy’s Christmas Eve 11/9

Have you read any of these?

Are you doing any book reading challenges?

Your doing great! Those books look fun πŸ™‚

[…] I haven’t said this in awhile but I’m glad this week is over. Besides feeling a little sick earlier this week and everything else that’s been going on, I’m ready to start all over. The good news is that I got a lot of reading done thanks to #HoHoHoRat and I’ve been doing the fun challenges throughout the week. I’ve updated my post with additions of books to my own challenge and the books that I’ve already finished. Check that out here. […]

All of those books/authors are new to me! I love seeing all those Christmasy covers! So pretty!! Wow, you are doing great! Hope you are enjoying all your reads!

Hey, hey, fellow HoHoHoRAT challenger! I’ve got a huge stack I want to tackle, but mine are all different from yours. I do have an Emily March, but it’s last year’s release and I enjoy Linda Lael Miller.

Rooting for you to do well with the challenge, Aleena! πŸ™‚

Good luck with the challenge! I haven’t participated in this challenge myself, but it always sounds fun. I hope you can get a few of those read during the challenge!
