Welcome back to the Sunday Post! Sit back, kick up your feet, and relax!
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

I feel kind of bummed that I can’t decorate for Christmas this year. I’ve practically packed away everything amid this move and it really doesn’t feel like the Holidays to me. Except…
The shopping. Holy cow, I think I splurged a wee bit, but it really does help cheer me up. (No, I’m not a shopaholic LOL). I bought myself a Nintendo Switch because of the cool Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals going on. That also means that I have to buy a game to go with it. Ha!
I’ve bought some books, because book therapy also works wonders. Also, we’re thinking about getting an Instant Pot. Does anyone have one of those? Curious if it’s worth it.
Update on Frida: She’s doing a lot better. Her head still tilts to one side, but her balance is almost back to normal. I think she’s compensated on her stance a little bit. She’ll never be the same, but she’s a fighter for sure. (See Sunday Post #71 for what happened). Her blindness is where she has shown great perseverance. Although she still bumps into things, it seems like she has built a map in her mind of exactly where everything belongs. I’ve tested the theory out and moved some things around and she still navigates pretty well. I’m so happy about that because once we move, everything is going to be different for her.
It’s been awhile since I read a Historical Romance, and this one is good so far. I love anything Victorian so that’s a plus.
I’m currently re-playing a classic. They re-released Final Fantasy X and X-2 as an HD remaster and I just had to get it. Even though I’ve played these games multiple times, it’s fun to actually go in and try to attain all the achievements possible. I’m playing this on Steam. Final Fantasy is my all time favorite video game series. The storylines are usually what draw me in.
Read all about my love/hate relationship with this book.
The giveaway is still active for this one.
The giveaway is over, but you can still check out an excerpt if aliens are you thing. 🙂
