Welcome back to the Sunday Post! Sit back, kick up your feet, and relax!
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Guess what? We’ve finally moved in! I really can’t express how it feels to live in a house that you’ve watched being built for 2 years. We’re still missing a few pieces of non-essential furniture, but we have the luxury to get them whenever we want.
I tackled the mountain of books in boxes this week. Luckily I labeled them according to TBR and Read books. This gave me the opportunity to purge some books that I was hoarding and honestly, I needed to do that. I’m going to donate some of them to the library. I filled up 4 medium sized boxes full of books that I knew I wouldn’t read. I also filled up one book shelf up already, so yea books are top priority for me. LOL.
I’m caught up with my ARCs so far and I have 6 reviews I need to write. So I’m taking a break from reading so I don’t forget what any of them were about. I see a few mini-reviews in my future. But I’m super excited that my next book will be a book from my TBR shelf. Can’t wait to pick it out!
It didn’t help that my blog had some technical difficulties. I had an https bug (which flagged my blog as a privacy hazard) but thankfully my website host is awesome and they fixed it for me super quick!
So, I’m busy busy busy and super exhausted.
Nothing!
Listening to:
I love The Princess Bride movie, so listening to this is such a treat.
Nothing right now. I’m between games and don’t really know which one to play. Plus, I’m tired. LOL.
How was your week?
What me to visit you? Just leave a link in the comments and I will stop by. :)
Congrats on your new house! I am sure you are having a ball with the arranging and organization work there!
So happy you are settling in! It must feel like Christmas every morning to finally be there!
It’s so exciting to get things in place and organized. Good luck with the review writing – I wrote like 5 this week and I thought I would never finish. Enjoy your new space!
Congratulations on finally getting into your new home. It must feel great, and maybe a bit of a relief?
And what a great idea to donate those unwanted books to your library. I wouldn’t have thought of that but I hope they like them 🙂
Yay for finally moving in!!!!! Smart book packing 😛 Sometimes mini reviews are great. Hope you’re having a good week 🙂
Yay for being all moved in. And I loved the audio of As You Wish-such a delightful listen!
I loved the audio of As You Wish though I had to go rewatch The Princess Bride – which of course wasn’t a hardship! Yay for getting books sorted through and being down to 6 outstanding ARCs is impressive. Have a great week!
Re-watching The Princess Bride is on my list after I’m finished with the audiobook. It’ll be fun to know the behind the scenes as I’m watching. 🙂
Yeay! Glad to hear you’re all moved in now! It’s an awesome feeling, isn’t it? I always unpack my books as one of the first things… It’s totally justifiable in that the boxes take up a lot of space and it’s a super quick win! You can clear a dozen boxes fairly quickly, feeling all productive AND you get to stare at your lovely bookshelves, lol. We moved in back in October and still don’t have proper blinds/curtains. We put up some temporary ones when we moved in so we don’t feel we live in a goldfish bowl but we… Read more »
It’s amazing how many boxes I have full of books. It’s great to finally go through them all and decide what I want and don’t want.
AS You Wish looks fun! And congrats on being all moved in!!!
Thanks Greg! I’m so happy right now. LOL.
That’s awesome you’ve finally moved in! Congrats. It’s always a good idea to go through books here and there. I donate some to the library, and I sell some at Half Price Books as well.

That’s exactly what I’ll be doing. There is a Half Price Books here as well.
Glad to hear things are going good with the house and that the problem with your blog was resolved quickly.
Thanks Mary. 😉
Congrats on finally being in the house! That must be a great feeling. I did a LOT of book purging when we moved last September and it felt good to lighten the load. I bet the Cary Elwes book is a lot of fun. The Princess Bride is such a classic. 🙂
It does feel very good. It’s a great way to re-evaluate what my reading tastes are too.
